Although Dr. Vyas and Aja’s jobs differ a bit, they both provide amazing support for new families! Dr. Vyas will work with you from pregnancy until the teenage years, meeting you wherever you’re at, to help get you and your children sleeping. She provides custom sleep plans based off your individual needs! 

Aja’s work is non-medical, although, some people recognize her job as a “night nurse”. She educates parents on baby care & often works overnight so new parents can get some much needed rest! She puts babies on a good eat / sleep schedule and gives you the tools to do so during the day. Her hours are super flexible!

Breastfeeding can be really easy or it can be really hard. Maybe it’s somewhere in between for you. Maybe your really nervous to breastfeed baby #2 because you had a rough time with your first. No matter what, having support and guidance can make your experience better. You can even meet with an IBCLC prenatally to discuss your plans (we highly recommend doing this)! They help with everything: latching and cluster feeding, pumping when away from baby, exclusively pumping, weaning, and supplementing, these ladies are here for you! They guide with such grace and offer so much knowledge!
